YO!Sushi is one of Britain’s fastest growing restaurant chains. We’ve been happy to work with them, promoting their Sheffield restaurant, on many occasions. When they told us they were starting to offer sushi preparation lessons on a Sunday morning, we had to find out more. So, what better way to do that than take our YO!Sushi loving presenter along to meet their Head Chef and film her as she prepared her very own YO!Roll.

The results show just how effectively a real-life situation can promote a real-life service – the lessons looked both fun and informative, which is exactly what they are.
