Description

We were commissioned to produce a film highlighting the benefits, and modernisation, of the Yorkshire Ambulance Service’s Patient Transport Service to potential NHS commissioners. To do this we interviewed management and NHS staff, as well as joining an ambulance crew on their daily rounds. We got to know the staff quite well during this time and as a result they were able to relax in our presence – which gave a very human feel to the film. Facts and figures were communicated verbally and reinforced using simple, bold, graphics with PTS/NHS branding.

Our completed film is a good mix of professional and personal – it combines the cold hard facts of providing an efficient yet economical NHS service with the warm face of patient care
