Description

Execution - The RAC needed a training video that to instruct their staff on the correct, and incorrect, method of communicating RAC services and their cost. It had to include dress, compliance and FSA information. After talking through the various way the project could be completed quickly, efficiently and concisely, Visualis and The RAC decided that simplicity was the best option – two angles, with real employees as the principal actors.

The shoot was relaxed, with the RAC employees taking the lead in the feel of the piece. Our job was to make sure the finished video explained concisely, and simply, just how an RAC employee ought, and ought not, to behave.
