The pensions administration team at Capita Hartshead look after 550 client companies with 3.7 million pension scheme memebers.

We were brought in, after a tender process, to produce a DVD which would guide employees though the complex options and benefits available to them through their company's DC Pension Plan.

At the first client viewing CapitaHartshead spotted that there had been a minor change in the pension plan and addition filming would be needed to cover the change. We were able to incorporate the extra section with minimal additional cost and delay to the production.
