The Pool For Megan campaign was launched to help raise funds for Ashgate Croft’s new Hydrotherapy Pool. Ashgate Croft is a special school in Derbyshire that educates children, between the ages of 2 and 19, who have severe learning difficulties.  We thought the best way to highlight the benefits of Hydrotherapy on the children was to show them enjoying the local swimming pool. We then interviewed staff and carers to reinforce the need for the charity’s own, bespoke swimming pool. A film like this is an effective and sincere way to communicate a message about vulnerable people, without being condescending or preachy.

We are very pleased to say, after a great deal of tireless campaigning by Ashgate Croft School and all their partners, Megan now has her pool.
